We only ship within the United States as of now. From the day your order is placed, it should take about 3 to 5 days to have it packaged and shipped out. From the day your package is shipped, it should take about 5 to 7 days. Depending on your location and your shipping preference at checkout, some will receive their orders sooner or later than others. Upon shipping, tracking information will be emailed out to the email address provided during checkout.

Missing, or not yet received packages

Sometimes through package tracking, it might claim that your package should be delivered on a specific day, but rather you receive it a day or two later. If that happens to be your case, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.  those are usually due to delays in transit, severe weather, etc. We highly advice you call the shipping carrier and inquire about your package.

As we all know packages can get lost, or damaged through shipping transit. If that happens to be the case, your shipping carrier will specify that on the tracking package page online. We apologize if that happens to be you. We respectfully ask that you send us an email with your full name, date of order, item purchased, a screenshot of the damaged information provided to you on the package tracking screen. We will do our best to investigate exactly what went wrong and try our very best to get back to you through email. This may take anywhere to two or three weeks. Thank you so much for your support.
